Location Data
Geolocation (if enabled) may be automatically collected to accurately dispatch responders such as the Philippine National Police (PNP), Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP), and the City Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office (CDRRMO).

- Age
- Address (Province, City/Municipality, Barangay)
- Identification card (e.g., government-issued ID details voluntarily provided by the user)
- Emergency-related details voluntarily provided by the user
Legitimate Purpose
Collected data will be used for purposes including, but not limited to:
- Providing, maintaining, and improving emergency and community services;
- Enabling real-time incident reporting and response;
- Notifying users about updates, advisories, and changes to the Service;
- Supporting sectoral groups (GAD, Senior Citizens, PWDs, VAWC cases);
- Improving transparency, accountability, and collaboration with barangays and HOAs;
- Analyzing data for public safety, security, and community development;
- Detecting and preventing misuse and technical/security issues;
- Enforcing terms and conditions.
Security of Personal Information
We implement reasonable physical, organizational, and technical measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal information is limited to authorized personnel who need it to perform their duties.
While we employ industry-standard safeguards, no system is 100% secure. We will notify affected users and the National Privacy Commission in accordance with applicable laws if a data breach occurs.

All information collected from users of any age will receive the same level of protection and confidentiality under the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
